Many couples are a bride and a groom, but some couples are not. Some weddings have two brides, or two grooms, or one or both of them could be in transition, non-binary, or gender-neutral. Dialogue, education, and reflection are the key ingredients to any photography relationship, and this sentiment is especially true for clients who are members of the LGBTQ community. What I believe is that love tells stories without boundaries or the need for specific physical attributes: it simply needs two hearts, connected and growing together.
We know that all manner and configurations of humans and their hearts fall in love and want to proudly declare their commitment to each other, and I am here for that. However, love has manifested itself and brought forth the planning of a wedding and that is a story I am excited about telling.
Truth be told, it’s not enough to say “love is love” when it comes to capturing the romantic dynamic of an LGBTQ couple. As an artist, I do not rely on formulaic expectations of gender roles, so that’s not what I photograph. I don’t get stuck in heteronormative poses that don’t feel genuine. Gender equality translates to all the facets of interpersonal relationships. I strive to be a truly connected, engaged and creative photographer who doesn’t need to rely on stereotypes to create moving wedding portraiture, but instead just tells the story of the energy, relationship, and dynamics of the two people in front of the camera.
That’s truly the bottom line. As we enter a new era where authenticity is valued and, to some degree, demanded by those around us, I truly appreciate being able to work with all couples. I look forward to creating creative and inspired images that are representative of their love.
I would welcome the chance to talk to you about your wedding. Let's get in touch!

The portfolio of the outstanding images from the myriad of exclusive and magnificent weddings is presented here. I have had an honor to be chosen to photograph weddings in New Jersey, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, New York and Connecticut. I was invited to be a wedding photographer at the destinations weddings in Italy and Mexico.
I am in the business of creating love stories: between couples, between new parents and an infant, or among a family of five for their holiday card. It sounds simple enough to say: I love photographing weddings. Weddings are brimming with vibrant colors, electric moments and are as grand as they are important. I enjoy capturing each organic and authentic moment of connection on one of the most important days of a couple's life as it unfolds.
My whole approach to weddings is rooted in appreciation and understanding, both of the unique nature of a wedding itself, but also the couple at the center of it all. And, when it comes to my couples, I value and support their love in all its forms, and thrive on being able to capture stories about their commitment with passion.
I photographed wedding ceremonies at Jewish weddings, South Asian weddings, Indian weddings, Punjabi and Sikh weddings, Hindu weddings, Parsi weddings, Islamic weddings, Bengali weddings, Christian weddings, Chinese weddings, Korean weddings, Ukrainian and Russian weddings. I love long weddings, religious weddings, ceremonies that are short and sweet, or traditional ones that can take several hours.
I worked as a wedding photographer at top luxuriuos venues in Philadelphia and New York City, vineyards in Pennsylvania and beach vacation rentals along Jersey shore, Museums of Philadelphia and catering halls in South Jersey, private backyards and premium hotels in the city center. I created wedding portraits at the noon with the direct sunlight at the beach and at the midnight darkness in the middle of nowhere. I shot destination elopments just for two people in love and 4 days Indian weddings with more than 1000 guests. I challenge myself to produce exclusive and fascinating wedding portrature even at locations I have shot 30 times before. I go scout locations if I work at the place I have never been before. My talent is to see beauty in everyday things, my knowledge of photography and art, my technical skills and apprehension of light, my mastery in pleasing the most demanding couples help me to be the perfect photographer for your wedding.
